Being one of the biggest city-wide events in summer, the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) is pleased to announce that the Hong Kong Sports and Leisure Expo will return on 20-26 July 2022 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Whether they are energetic individuals craving active lifestyles, or families looking for fun together, the Expo provides endless activities and recreation suited to their interests and needs. Different thematic zones will showcase products and activities from a vast range of sectors, including sports and fitness, games and crafts, educational and cultural exchanges.
This dynamic, vibrant event will be the ideal platform for sports and leisure-based enterprises to take full advantage of current trends and interact with modern consumers of all ages.

Convention and Exhibition Industry Subsidy Scheme (C&E)
Both local and overseas exhibitors (except HKSAR Government departments) will be subsidised a maximum of 50% of the participation fee or HK$10,000/ per booth of 9 sq.m, subject to a cap of 10 booths of 9 sq. m and HK$100,000 per company per fair organised by the HKTDC. Exhibitors are required to submit business registration / company registration along with their application in order to enjoy this subsidy.
Export Marketing Fund (EMF)
Eligible Hong Kong SMEs (except listed company, government body, non-profit-making and non-profit-distributing organizations) can also apply for Export Market Fund (EMF) from the Trade & Industry Department (TID) within 60 calendar days after the completion date of the exhibition to cover 50% of the participation fee, subject to a cap of HK$100,000 per fair. As an enhanced measure, the subsidy will be calculated based on the on the net booth price before C&E Subsidy. HKTDC will not guarantee whether the exhibitors’ application for EMF will be successful as it is subject to TID’s approval.
